RETURN POLICY
Returns & Refund Policy – Glamify
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Please note: Clearance items cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and have all original seals intact.
- Products must be returned in their original condition with seals, packaging, and shrink-wrap intact. This policy allows for visual inspection only—product trials are not permitted.
- We can only accept opened items if they are faulty.
How to Return an Item:
- Package the item securely, using at least the original packaging.
- Include a copy of your invoice with the return.
- Send the item to us at the address provided.
Return Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The item is faulty.
- Postage & Packaging charges from Glamify will not be refunded unless the above conditions apply.
Product Availability & Pricing:
- All products are offered subject to availability and pricing accuracy.
- If an item is unavailable or if there are any errors in the listing (including price or stock quantity), Glamify reserves the right to cancel the order.
- Prices and manufacturers’ specifications may change without notice. Minor specification changes do not entitle customers to cancel the contract.
